Syrah & Agiorgitiko is a red wine of premium quality produced from a mix of the local Agiorgitiko and international Syrah grapes variety, specially selected grapes grown in the vineyards of Nemea, Greece. This unique wine is distinguished as a product of Protected Designation of Origin. This wine is carefully aged in French oak barrels for one year. It has deep purple color, rich body and aromas of cherries, blackcurrant, butter, white and black pepper and dark chocolate. Its unique aftertaste of butter and red fruit makes it ideal to serve with hard cheeses, game, lamb and red meat dishes. Produced by Lafkiotis Winery in Nemea, Peloponnese, a location famous for its vineyards. Vintage 2014. Best served at 16* C- 18 °C.
