Intercept Pinot Noir is crafted with grapes from Santa Barbara vineyards, where cool coastal fog and warm afternoons bring out the complexity in the fruit. It’s fermented in stainless steel, then aged for 14 months in a combination of French and Eastern European oak barrels, 30% of which are new. Enjoy its nuanced notes of cherry, raspberry, and cola.
