Angove Chalk Hill Blue Bubbles is a Sparkling wine made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon from South Australia.

It is pale gold with sparkling bubbles, yeast and stone fruit aromas precede a luscious, apple, pear and strawberry fruit filled palate.

A family-owned winery since 1886, Angove is more than 120 years old. Currently run by the 5th generation, it is helmed by siblings Victoria and Richard Angove. As a family winery with a strong focus on sustainability, they are working on getting all their vineyards certified organic.
